Gearing up for all the spring recipes over here!

Okay, I know — I know! I realize spring isn’t officially here yet, but the weather gave us a tiny warm-up yesterday and I got ridiculously excited. I even set aside the recipe I planned for today to share these ten dishes I’m most looking forward to making. I can’t help it — I’m ready for spring.
Last year felt so strange. With lockdowns and changing routines, many of our usual spring meals were skipped. We leaned on pantry staples, hunting for fresh produce felt uncertain, grocery trips were less frequent, and family gatherings like Easter didn’t happen for many of us. That meant some of the larger, traditional dishes I normally make for those occasions got pushed aside.
While things aren’t fully back to normal yet, I’m eager to bring spring flavors back to the table. I’ve already started hunting for seasonal produce — it’s what I do when I’m excited about a new season. Below are ten of my favorite recipes that feel bright, fresh, and perfectly springy. They’re dishes I can’t wait to make and share with anyone else who wants to celebrate the season.
