Your fridge is probably overflowing with Thanksgiving leftovers — and honestly, what’s better than mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing… again?

Nothing.

I’m a bit of a leftover purist: I like my mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing warmed and piled on a plate pretty much the same way they were the night before. That’s dinner. Or lunch. But with all these leftovers, why not make an epic breakfast too?

Or save the pie for breakfast—either way, leftovers are the best part.

This idea doesn’t have to be limited to breakfast. It works as a snack, a quick lunch, or a late-night feast.

If you want other ways to use Thanksgiving leftovers, try a turkey BLT taco or a leftover breakfast hash with cheddar mashed potato pancakes — both great for breakfast, lunch or snack when you want something indulgent and satisfying.

Trust me — just do it.
