HAPPY MONDAY!

You guys — I am beyond excited to share a big project we’ve been developing for the past year: Sweet Peas Meals!
Maria and I teamed up to create a meal-planning subscription after hearing so many of you talk about the weekly dinner struggle: cooking the same meals repeatedly, wanting balanced, flavorful dinners, and not having time or inspiration. I get it — I fall into ruts too, even though I’m always creating new recipes.
With a little one at home, I don’t want to spend hours on dinner every night. I also don’t want to spend my whole Sunday meal-prepping and lose the weekend. That’s exactly the problem Sweet Peas is designed to solve.

Sweet Peas is built for people who want great weeknight meals without excess time in the kitchen. It’s perfect for you if:
- You want to cook delicious, balanced dinners during the week but aren’t sure where to start and don’t want to spend hours doing it.
- You already cook but find yourself repeating the same handful of meals over and over.
- You buy groceries with the best intentions but end up wasting produce and tossing things at the end of the week.
- You enjoy cooking and want fresh ideas and variety.
- You don’t want to spend several hours on weekly meal prep.
- You need guidance on how many meals to prepare, how to manage leftovers, and how to use remaining ingredients efficiently.

We created a system to make meal planning fun and manageable. While the core goal is simple — put delicious, balanced dinners on your table — Sweet Peas offers so much more.
Although Maria and I started the idea, our content manager Jess has led the program’s development and done an incredible job organizing everything. Our team reflects three different lifestyles: Maria feeds a family of four and follows a vegetarian diet, I cook for a family of three and eat everything, and Jess cooks for a family of two. That diversity helped us design plans that are adaptable to different households and preferences.
And there’s more!

Members get optional breakfast and lunch ideas, a carefully organized shopping list to speed up grocery trips, and a resource packet with pantry staples and tips. Each month we add easy snack ideas, practical meal-prep techniques you can do in one hour or less, and clear guidance on repurposing ingredients so nothing goes to waste. We also share weekly newsletter content, fun challenges, and fresh recipes to keep things interesting.
One of my favorite features is our entertaining guide for holidays — not just the big winter holidays. Our first guide will come with the August plan and is full of ideas for an end-of-summer Labor Day celebration.
It’s basically a dream for anyone who wants simpler, tastier weeknights without the overwhelm.

Please visit the Sweet Peas Meals site to explore the program and check out the three-day sample guide. We’ve poured our hearts into this project and would love your feedback. Sign up to become a member of the Sweet Peas community and your first plan will be ready next week, in time for August 1st.
If you have questions, leave them below — we’d love to hear from you.
