Holy cow — it’s October!

We’ve been cooking through The Pretty Dish together for eight months now, and it’s been amazing. If you haven’t joined our community yet, grab your copy of The Pretty Dish and jump in. The only requirement is to have the book so you can cook along with us.

These recipes are perfectly seasonal and full of comforting flavors. Yes, there’s a bit of a butternut theme this month — I’m obsessed and wanted to get my squash fix now. If you prefer, you can always swap in another ingredient in place of squash.
