The most summery picks for the season—my favorite summer Fridays!
EATING
Summer stuffed shells are at the top of my list—comforting, bright, and perfect for warm evenings. I also love my summer panzanella, full of juicy tomatoes and crisp bread, and a fig Caprese makes a fantastic, slightly unexpected twist on the classic salad.
DRINKING
I’m already excited for apple season. My red apple cider sangria is a fall favorite—fruity and spiced. For something a little sweeter and indulgent, the caramel cider crush is a go-to for cozy gatherings.
MAKING
I can’t get enough of my grilled street corn grilled cheese—sweet corn, melty cheese, and char from the grill. Also on repeat: a broccoli BLT pasta salad that’s crunchy, smoky, and creamy all at once.
BAKING
Double fudge zucchini cookies are a must-bake when zucchini is abundant—rich chocolate with a hint of veggie moisture. For busy mornings or school days, apple cinnamon baked oatmeal is hearty, comforting, and easy to portion.
CRAVING
Pesto peach pizza is one of those seasonal cravings that tastes like summer in every bite. I’m also dreaming about perfect grilled spatchcock chicken with cola BBQ sauce—crispy skin, juicy meat, and sticky-sweet glaze.
GRILLING
Grilled jalapeño peach chicken is a favorite for backyard cookouts—sweet and spicy in one. Grilled gorgonzola potatoes are a decadent side, and summer garden quinoa with flank steak makes an excellent, produce-forward main.
LISTENING
The baby playlist I made while pregnant with Jordan is still one of my all-time favorites. I play it often—it’s meaningful and comforting, so I’ve kept the original name even though it might be time for a rename.
READING

WEARING
I’ve been living in the Love V-neck T-shirt from Lululemon—I’ve had several for years and they hold up beautifully. I also love the Love tank top; there’s a great affordable option on Amazon with vibrant colors, and the hot pink is especially fun.
SHARING
I recently rounded up some beauty buys from Sephora that I’m really enjoying right now. My current favorite is the newest Maison Margiela perfume—fresh and elegant.
SHOPPING
The Stoney Clover Park & Beach collection has totally won me over—I want everything for Emilia. I’m also loving the J.Crew Factory finds for kids this fall; their sales make it easy to stock up and coordinate outfits.
LOVING
I’ve been obsessed with On Cloud shoes for years—they’ve been my go-to work shoes. I was thrilled to see a Free People collaboration with On; the colorways are so much more fun and vibrant than typical minimalist options. Both of the collab styles are among my favorite comfy picks.
