I put together a collection of seafood dishes for anyone observing the Lenten season. These are recipes I love to make at home, especially for meatless Fridays.

Although I often choose fully meatless meals, I still enjoy fish and seafood — and I’m especially looking forward to a great fish sandwich this weekend. Last year many favorite restaurants were closed during Lent, so we missed out on some go-to meals. This year it feels good to get back to them.
