Hello summer Friday!
EATING
Favorites on repeat: the pesto bucatini pie — rich, comforting, and ridiculously delicious — and the watermelon crunch salad for a bright, refreshing contrast. Also loving the grilled hot honey chicken with sweet corn salad for a sweet-savory dinner, and the grilled salmon club sandwich when I want something hearty and fresh. All of these feel like quintessential summer meals.
DRINKING
My go-to drinks right now are the fresh peach gin and tonic, which is perfect for warm evenings, and the spicy grapefruit tequila soda when I want something with a little kick. Both are light, easy to make, and ideal for sipping outdoors.
MAKING
For lunches I’ve been making the smashed chickpea tortilla wrap on repeat — quick, satisfying, and portable. I also keep a batch of grilled bruschetta on hand; it’s great for impromptu snacks or a simple appetizer.
BAKING
Blueberry zucchini muffins have been my favorite bake lately. They’re moist, subtly sweet, and a great way to use fresh summer berries and zucchini.
CRAVING
I can’t get enough of the salted chocolate chip cookie dough no-churn ice cream. It’s indulgent without the fuss and hits the spot on hot afternoons.
GRILLING
Grilled honey mustard chicken is a staple for easy weeknight grilling—sweet, tangy, and always a crowd-pleaser. I’ve also been making grilled veggie naan pizzas when I want something lighter and fun to assemble on the grill.
LISTENING
I’ve been playing our summer pool nights playlist constantly in the evenings. It’s the perfect soundtrack for long, lazy summer nights.

WEARING
I’ve been reaching for a soft summer daydream button-down that works as a cover-up, tucked-in shirt, or worn open over a tank. It’s super soft and versatile. I also love non-clingy, loose workout tanks in bright colors—one neon pink shade I have is especially electric this season.
SHOPPING
I didn’t shop much during Prime Day, but I picked up a charging station because we’re always hunting for cords, and a new pair of my favorite sunglasses that I’ve been wearing for years. They’re comfortable and effortless for everyday wear.
LOVING
I’m absolutely obsessed with a comfy jumpsuit that I wear constantly. I loved it in black so much I ordered another in navy — it’s that comfortable and easy to style.
SHARING
With vacation prep in full swing, I grabbed beach sand cup holders that look like they’ll be a game changer for the shore. A few weeks ago I received fantastic advice about cooking for large groups on vacation, and I’d love any more travel or vacation tips for families with kids you might have.
