Current Obsessions: What I’m Loving Right Now

This past week felt incredibly wintry, and I’m definitely feeling it—like the kind-of-weekend-where-two-glasses-of-wine-feel-just-right feeling. I can’t believe February is almost here. Are you still keeping up with resolutions, or have you already traded them for a cupcake? What are your plans for the weekend? I’m leaning toward shopping, a movie, and maybe another closet re-organization.

Earlier this week I shared three favorite ways to use one roast chicken over on The Pioneer Woman. We roast a chicken almost every week and reinvent the leftovers into new meals. Also: bacon goat cheese guacamole. Trust me—you need this in your Super Bowl spread.

Don’t miss my January beauty favorites I posted recently—share your picks and be a bad influence on me.

There’s so much good stuff on the internet right now. Here are a few things I’ve been obsessing over:

  • I’ve been craving these marbled tahini chocolate cups—utterly irresistible.
  • A loaded grilled cheese sandwich sounds exactly like what I need this weekend.
  • I love the idea of a mint and green tea smoothie—so refreshing.
  • How adorable is the Love Potion #9 martini? I can’t even handle it.
  • Kale pesto pizza has my mouth watering right now.
  • These chocolate stout truffle mousse bars with a pretzel crust are next-level delicious.
  • Some fun drugstore Valentine’s hacks—so cute and easy.
  • Boozy clementine lemonade with brûléed citrus and mint sounds perfect.
  • My citrus craving continues with clementine Greek yogurt parfaits.
  • Wishing every morning could include an ultimate breakfast sandwich.
  • Gingerbread corgi cookies are absolutely heart-melting.
  • A grilled pineapple latte—surprising and intriguing.
  • Vanilla bean Rice Krispie treat cupcakes? Yes, please.
  • These slow-cooker carnitas taco bites are brilliant—mini size means you can eat more.
  • Chocolate chip cookies made with chickpea flour are on my to-try list.

So many tasty and clever ideas—now I just have to decide which to make first. Happy weekend planning!
