Oh my gosh, you guys!

I’m so excited to share something I’ve been working on: a collaboration with Ground Up to create my own SALTED PISTACHIO COOKIE BUTTER. It’s unbelievably delicious.

Imagine buttery, nutty pistachio shortbread with a hint of flaky salt and ribbons of melty chocolate. It’s rich, balanced, and truly phenomenal.
If you want to try it yourself, you can get a jar directly from Ground Up.
This pistachio cookie butter is inspired by my favorite chocolate chip pistachio cookies. It’s packed with real flavor and thoughtful, wholesome ingredients—exactly the snack I’ve always wanted.

Ground Up is an incredible company and I’m honored to collaborate with them. Their mission focuses on providing job skills training to women overcoming adversity, helping them rebuild their lives. That purpose-driven approach is something I deeply believe in and support.
Beyond their mission, Ground Up handcrafts nut butters using high-quality ingredients and careful production methods.

Their nut butters are made without:
- Peanuts
- Dairy
- Gluten
- Refined sugar
- Palm oil

The texture of my pistachio cookie butter is fantastic—creamy with a satisfying, delicate crunch. The mouthfeel is crisp and luxurious. The flavor profile highlights roasted pistachios with supporting notes from coconut oil, cocoa butter, honey, and cacao nibs. It’s complex, not overly sweet, and incredibly enjoyable.

It spreads beautifully and works in so many applications. I’ve already been using it in breakfast recipes, baked goods, and snacks. Expect ideas like breakfast cookies, overnight oats, and even a twist on the viral Dubai-style chocolate bar made with pistachio butter and toasted shredded phyllo.

I’ll be sharing recipes and serving suggestions over on my Instagram, including simple ways to enjoy the butter and a few more creative treats.

For now, this salted pistachio cookie butter is available at Ground Up as a limited-edition release. If you love pistachio and chocolate flavors with a thoughtful ingredient list, grab a few jars while you can. xo
