Can I be totally cliché for a moment and say how are we already nearing the end of February? Time is flying, but on a brighter note: take a trip to Target and oooh and aaah at all their adorable Easter items. I’m planning to hunt for spring decor this weekend because the season is finally feeling close.

Today’s forecast is around 60 degrees and I’m beyond excited. I’m picturing swings at the park, a little wandering around town, some shopping and probably tacos. Speaking of tacos, I made fish tacos with pineapple slaw last night — they were so good. The recipe is on Instagram if you want to check it out.

Here are some things I loved on the internet this week:

This grapefruit and Campari sorbet is stunning and looks so refreshing.

I’m seriously craving these sausage and kale French bread pizzas — just look at that crust and melty cheese.

Comfort food alert: tamale chicken pot pie. Need I say more?

And for a playful twist, pot pie pizza is a brilliant idea.

Dark chocolate, cinnamon and pomegranate porridge sounds decadent and cozy — I want it immediately.

Also obsessed with this prickly lady cocktail — the color is gorgeous and makes you want to sip it on a sunny afternoon.

Can someone please bring me breakfast tacos every single morning? Thank you in advance.

Alternatively, huevos rancheros will do just fine because of the sauce and the cheese — everything I want for breakfast.

Too cute: a cherry, strawberry and rose pie with heart-shaped details. It’s almost too pretty to cut into.

Sweet potato pancakes with spiced blueberry sauce — vegan and gluten-free options that still feel indulgent and comforting.

How delicious does butterscotch budino with salted caramel and pretzel crumble look? The salty-sweet combo is irresistible.

Tart cherry tartelettes are a seasonal dream; I can never get enough cherry desserts.

Weekend plans may include making the ultimate Bloody Mary. What are you planning?
