I have all the cocktail secrets for you!

Earlier this week I picked up a bottle of rosé and a jar of luxardo cherries to try a cocktail I’d been dying to make. While experimenting, it occurred to me that I already have a boatload of cocktails that are perfect for this season. Over the years I’ve shared so many favorites that I couldn’t help but pause and admire the ones I keep returning to.
It felt strange at first — and also kind of great.
So here are ten of my favorites, mostly from the past year. They’re all easy to love, beautiful to serve, and ideal for weekend gatherings or Mother’s Day brunches.
Above you’ll see my favorite rosé sangria. It’s light, fruity and dangerously drinkable.
Below are watermelon rosé margaritas — another favorite. They’re pretty, fruity and perfect for warm afternoons.

Many of these drinks lean pink because I adore pink cocktails. If you’re planning a brunch, don’t skip the blackberry champagne punch — it’s a crowd-pleaser with a lovely berry note that pairs beautifully with bubbly.

Pink grapefruit margaritas are next. I basically always want grapefruit in my drinks — the bright, tart flavor is addictive and makes for a refreshing cocktail.

Prosecco floats with lemon and raspberry sorbet are an elegant option that can double as dessert. They’re effortless to assemble and look stunning in a glass.

Rosé champagne mojitos are showstoppers — delicate, minty and sparkling. They’re ideal for summer entertaining and incredibly refreshing.

Grapefruit daiquiris are a revelation if your idea of daiquiris is still frozen, overly sweet slush. These are bright, balanced and far superior — simple and elegant frozen cocktails that highlight fresh citrus.

If you want something extra summery, strawberry Pimm’s cups are a great poolside choice. They’re cooling and light, with cucumber and lemon lending a garden-fresh quality — practically like drinking vegetables, which is a win for summer.

One more punch because nothing says celebration like a big bowl of bubbly: strawberry citrus champagne punch is bright, fragrant and ideal for serving a crowd.

Finally, pineapple sangria is wonderfully sweet and gorgeous to present. It’s tropical, fruity and an easy favorite for warm-weather gatherings.

Honestly, how could anyone top some of these? I didn’t want to bury them or overshare them again on social media, so I gathered them here for easy browsing. I hope you find something delightful to serve this weekend. I’ll be finishing that jar of luxardo cherries — and don’t worry, more rosé is coming next week.
