This easy artichoke dip is the perfect party appetizer — cheesy, hot, bubbly, and full of flavor. It’s packed with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, lemon and parmesan. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, pita or fresh vegetables.
It’s dip season — appetizer season, cheesy dip season — whatever you call it, this is the kind of make-ahead snack everyone loves. Around the holidays and at gatherings, easy dips are lifesavers: they travel well, they can be prepared ahead, and they please a crowd.

This artichoke dip is creamy, melty and full of savory notes. Roasted red peppers add sweetness, lemon brightens the mix, and lots of parmesan gives it a salty, nutty finish. Bake it until golden and bubbly, then serve immediately with crunchy toasts or pita for scooping.

The dip is simple yet impressive. I love that the artichokes take center stage — not spinach or bacon — so the flavor is distinct and artichoke-forward. It’s one of those dishes that disappears fast at parties; once people taste it, they keep coming back for more.

Serve this dip with whatever dippers you prefer: the crunchiest crackers, toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or homemade pita. Homemade pita is light and fluffy and worth making if you have time, but store-bought dippers work great too.

The recipe is forgiving and perfect for prepping ahead. Combine the ingredients, refrigerate until you’re ready to bake, then pop it in the oven. It’s hot, cheesy, and ideal for happy hour or any gathering where you want an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer.
