It’s officially time for brunch.

Brunch is always a good idea — cocktails at breakfast, fresh air, and longer days. With spring here and temperatures warming up, outdoor brunches are back on the calendar, and this bright pink punch is made for Easter weekend or any spring gathering.

I’m excited to share this recipe. While developing recipes before a kitchen remodel, I experimented with lots of cocktails in one day and used tons of strawberries. This punch stood out — it was my favorite of the bunch, and it’s too good not to share.

A spring punch is perfect for Easter, bridal showers, baby showers, or any celebration that calls for something pretty, fruity, and bubbly. This one is sweet and tropical with bright citrus notes and just enough fizz — a classic brunch crowd-pleaser.

What’s in this punch:
- Fresh strawberry puree made from real strawberries.
- More fresh strawberries for garnish and texture.
- Citrus slices — I love cara cara oranges for color and flavor.
- Blood orange soda for a bright, slightly tart sweetness.
- Pineapple juice for a tropical note.
- Light champagne to add bubbles and lift the flavors.
I love making a large batch for a crowd. When I test cocktails I often make several, so scaling up a favorite into a punch means everyone can enjoy a glass without fuss. Serve it in a frosty punch bowl or in pretty glasses with crushed ice and fruit garnish.

If you’re hosting or bringing a contribution to Easter brunch, this punch is an easy, festive option — and it would be a fun adult treat for an egg hunt. I’ll be at my brother’s for Easter morning brunch this year since our kitchen is under renovation, but I’m hoping for coconut and peanut butter chocolate eggs for dessert.

Aren’t the cups adorable?

Here’s the recipe so you can make it for your next spring gathering.
