Hi there — happy weekend!

Today we’re heading to Picklesburgh and I can’t wait. This is our third year in a row going and it’s always such a blast. What are you up to this weekend? Any fun plans?

If you’re still shopping the final days of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I updated my list of things I bought and love. I’m absolutely thrilled with the shoes I picked and I also did a major closet purge of items I haven’t worn in ages.

By the way, Max and I made a fresh peach lemonade for Crate and Barrel a few weeks ago — it’s delicious if you’re in a peach mood. I also recently made a cherry oatmeal crisp for Harry & David that turned out really well.

So much great stuff online lately!

The most perfect avocado green goddess sandwich — creamy, bright, and satisfying.

Potato chip cookie ice cream sandwiches — yes, really. A salty-sweet dream.

No-bake rosé cheesecake — light, fruity, and perfect for warm nights.

Gorgeous rainbow spicy tofu sushi burritos — colorful and full of flavor.

A stunning stone fruit salad — the kind of dish that makes summer feel extra special.

Unicorn snow cones — playful and fun for a warm day.

Pesto grilled chicken and avocado salad — fresh, herby, and delicious.

Sweetened whipped ricotta with berries and tarragon — a simple, elegant dessert idea.

Easy ramen eggs — a small technique that makes such a difference.

I’m definitely making a one-bowl chocolate sheet cake this weekend — it looks effortless and indulgent.

Grilled mussels with white wine, fried garlic, and herbs — something I always crave.

And I’m very intrigued by a frozen mocha mousse — sounds like a refreshing chocolate-coffee treat.
