Hello, hello, weekend! Can you believe it’s the last weekend of June?
This week on the blog I shared some simple, delicious recipes: sheet pan s’mores that are incredibly easy and perfect for a crowd, blackened salmon served with grilled naan, and a strawberry shortcake trifle with homemade vanilla-bean pudding. I also posted a roundup of ideas for the 4th of July and a new installment of my Summer Fridays series.
You can also find my weekly guide of what to eat this week and a fresh “week in the life” post with highlights from the past seven days.
Have a lovely weekend! xo

Buffalo cauliflower tacos — these look unreal and full of flavor.
Nashville hot chicken sandwich — I can’t stop thinking about this one.
Mediterranean salad — bright, fresh, and beautiful.
Corn fritters — I need these in my life immediately.
Greek yogurt coffee cake — tangy, moist, and so craveable.
Mexican molletes — these have to happen in my kitchen soon.
Mango chicken salad — light, sweet, and perfect for warmer days.
Pineapple sheet cake — a fun, nostalgic dessert for summer gatherings.
Vietnamese lemongrass beef — fresh, aromatic, and utterly satisfying.
Spicy grilled watermelon with crème fraîche — a surprising, delicious summer side.
Creamy lemon lobster pasta — indulgent and bright, I’m freaking out over this one.
Strawberry pie — a classic I’ll never say no to.
Oat milk matcha latte — cozy and creamy, great for sipping anytime.
