This week was a doozy. I came back from vacation feeling a little blue, even though part of me was ready to be home and get back into the routine. As usual, I didn’t give myself a gradual re-entry— I filled my schedule and ended up producing a ton of work in a short span. Since Monday I’ve created 36 recipes, shot 11 videos, and judged the Savor Pittsburgh food competition. I’m planning to survive the weekend on saltines and rosé, take a very long nap, and read as much as I can.
