Serves: makes 4 mimosas

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 ounces marshmallow vodka (see note for alternatives)
  • 1 bottle champagne (you will have some left over)
  • Whipped cream and crystal sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the orange juice and marshmallow vodka in a measuring cup and stir gently to combine.
  2. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the orange juice-vodka mixture into each of four champagne flutes.
  3. Top each glass with chilled champagne, pouring slowly to preserve carbonation and leave room for the garnish.
  4. Finish each mimosa with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crystal sugar for a festive touch.

Note: If you don’t have marshmallow vodka, substitute vanilla or cake-flavored vodka for a similar sweet, creamy profile.
