Hello Hello!
Happy Memorial Day to everyone celebrating, and a heartfelt thank you to those who have served — you truly rock.

To kick off the summer season, I’m sharing one of my absolute favorite things: fruit salsa. I make it constantly and put it on almost everything. It’s my go-to condiment — like ketchup, but fruitier.
Let’s be honest: fruit salsa is also a perfect excuse to skip vegetables whenever possible. If I can swap a vegetable for fruit, I will. Often.

I encourage you to make some too. Below are a dozen fruit salsa combinations I adore. I call them combos because salsa, whether made with fruit or vegetables, rarely needs strict measurements. In my kitchen I chop, taste, season, chop again, taste again, and repeat until it’s perfect — then I inevitably polish off a bag of blue corn chips.
Fruit salsas are easy, budget-friendly, adaptable and great for parties. They’re quick to put together and always a crowd-pleaser. So go ahead — get creative and have fun with these flavors.
