Oh my cookies.

I’m deepening my pistachio obsession by pairing them with rich, gooey chocolate fudge. The combination is irresistible.
This month I teamed up with Better Homes and Gardens to celebrate cookies all season long. Each week I’ll share a cookie recipe on the Delish Dish, taking some classic BHG recipes and giving them a gentle twist while keeping the original base intact. This pistachio-chocolate thumbprint is already one of my favorites — I’m confident it will be a go-to for years to come.
I’m also guest pinning for BHG on Pinterest this month, and it’s a deliciously overwhelming experience — so many things I want to make.

If you love salty-sweet treats, this could be your dream cookie. I’ve been obsessed with pistachios for months, so it felt natural that the first cookie I share this season would showcase them. These are, frankly, obnoxiously coated in pistachios — I rolled the dough in chopped nuts and filled each center with silky ganache. The ganache recipe I used is posted on Delish Dish, and it’s dangerously good.
These are one of the rare cookie types where I welcome nuts. And technically the nuts aren’t mixed into the dough — they’re just adorning the outside, which I prefer.

They’re green, festive, and pretty — which definitely earns extra life points.

The full recipe, with all the ganache details and adaptations, is available on the Delish Dish post. It’s filled to the brim with fudgy goodness — truly a cookie worth making this season.
Note: read the BHG post for the recipe adaptations and the full method, which are listed within the article.
