Hello Saturday!
I’m so happy the weekend is here and I’m looking forward to celebrating Mother’s Day with family and friends.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms and mother figures out there. If you’re hoping to become a mom, missing your own mother, or finding this weekend difficult, I’m sending you love and support.
This week on the blog I shared several new recipes I’m excited about. There’s a rich crab salad served on buttery grilled toast that’s indulgent and quick to assemble. I also posted a slow-roasted tomato farro salad—hearty, bright, and perfect for spring. And because weekends call for cake, I baked a coconut coffee cake that belongs on every brunch table. I’ll be trying out even more recipes on Sunday, so follow along on Instagram for behind-the-scenes photos and sneak peeks.
I hope your weekend is restful and delicious. xo
