Hi there!
I’m back after battling a terrible cold, and now that I’m finally feeling better I’m excited for some Halloween fun this weekend. We plan to carve pumpkins and maybe take Max to a parade. I’m still deciding what he’ll wear — he refuses hats or anything that goes on his head, so costumes are tricky unless they’re just regular clothing like a cape. I’m hoping we don’t end up looking like parents who didn’t bother, so I might resort to drawing some whiskers on our faces and calling it a day.
Important question: what are you being for Halloween? I’m going as a generic millennial who’s already excited for Christmas — basically, no real costume required.
Some fun things I’ve been working on: I started a holiday recipe board on Pinterest if you want to follow along, and I posted a video of my favorite holiday cocktail — cranberry vanilla ginger margaritas. Also, I shared a cute idea for tomato soup shooters with grilled cheese that you should try.
Last night I posted my October favorites, including picks for the Sephora VIB sale. I’d love to hear what you’re excited about this season.
