Currently Crushing On: Who’s Caught My Eye Right Now

currently crushing on

Hello hello!

It’s been a big week here—thank you so much for all your support and kind messages. I’m thrilled with the blog’s refresh, and the recipe search feature is now so much better and easier to use.

On the blog this week I shared a few favorites, including my copycat Fuji apple chicken salad, a parmesan-pistachio stuffed pork tenderloin, pumpkin pierogies with brown butter, and cheeseburger meatballs with a special sauce. I also put together a roundup of 15 of my favorite meal-prep lunches that you can prep entirely on the weekend.

There’s a new “What I’m Eating This Week” menu post, plus an updated “A Week in the Life” installment.

Have a lovely weekend! xo

What I’m loving this week:

Frankenstein macarons—so cute and clever for Halloween treats.

Apple butter granola—warm, spiced, and perfect for fall.

Sicilian pizza—crispy, airy, and deeply satisfying.

Savory mashed sweet potatoes—a flavorful twist on a classic side.

A decadent gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate cake that still looks utterly indulgent.

Pumpkin crème brûlée—elegant and seasonally inspired.

Warm butternut squash and chickpea salad—hearty, healthy, and comforting.

Pumpkin spice croissant French toast with cream cheese glaze—over-the-top and irresistible.

Soft shell crabs—crisp, briny, and exactly what I’m craving.

Edible brown-butter monster cookie dough—rich, nutty, and totally snackable.

Halloween Rice Krispie treats—festive and fun for all ages.
