The final days before our kitchen remodel are here, and I’m starting to freak out a little. Eddie seems to be in denial, which only makes me more anxious about how we’ll manage without a functioning kitchen for a few weeks. Right now we’re shuttling dishes, glasses and pantry items all over the house, so it’s going to be an adventure. What are your plans for the weekend?
