Happy Saturday!

This week on the blog I shared grilled fish tacos, a baked pesto pasta, a collection of 85 back-to-school dinner ideas, and a new Summer Fridays post. I also published a fresh weekly menu along with a peek at a week in our life—perfect for planning meals and finding inspiration for the season.

The Everyday Dinners cookbook club is thriving. If you already own the book, request to join the group on Facebook to take part in our summer cooking challenge and connect with a wonderful community full of recipe ideas. If you don’t have the book yet, consider getting a copy to join in.

WHAT I’M LOVING THIS WEEK

This banana milkshake looks incredible and is such a fun twist for dessert or a sweet treat. Banana cream pie is another classic that’s always tempting right now.

I’m a fan of quick, simple treats like microwaved lemon curd—perfect for speeding up dessert prep. Broccoli pesto pasta makes an excellent, flavorful weeknight meal when you want something quick but satisfying.

Salted caramel apple pie cookies are an irresistible seasonal bake, and zucchini cake with cream cheese frosting feels just right for this time of year. For cozy comfort food, slow-cooker macaroni and cheese is a must-make.

Brownie muffins are on my baking list too—portable, fudgy treats that disappear fast. Baja-style fish tacos sound bright and flavorful for warmer nights.

For a fresh, unexpected side, a corn and blueberry salad with savory granola and herb vinaigrette offers great texture and balance. Mint chocolate chip ice cream cake is a show-stopping dessert for warm-weather gatherings.

If you want a salad that feels like a meal, a BLT salad with sourdough croutons and tangy dressing is my go-to. And when you need something easy and nostalgic, no-bake peanut butter bars never disappoint.

Happy cooking and baking—hope you find something new to try this week!
