Hey! We’re about two months away from the release of Seriously Delish, and I’m honestly still pinching myself—it’s real. The cookbook is available for preorder now and will officially release on September 2, just in time for fall cooking.

Seriously Delish is currently available for preorder on major retailers and will arrive September 2. I’m so grateful for the support and can’t wait for you to cook from it this fall and beyond.
Because I’ve been getting lots of questions, here are a few answers and details you asked about.
One of the most common questions is whether all the recipes in Seriously Delish are new. The short answer: yes—mostly. About 98% of the recipes are brand new and haven’t appeared on the blog before. That was important to me: after years of sharing favorites online for free, I wanted the book to offer fresh recipes you can’t find on the site. The remaining 2% include a handful of classic favorites from the blog archives (2009–2010) that I revisited, improved and updated. Out of 150+ recipes, fewer than eight are reworked versions of older blog posts—think a favorite guacamole, a classic mac and cheese, my go-to baked eggs and my mom’s chicken romano (which, yes, has been part of some very memorable dinners).
The rest of the book is full of brand-new dishes. Here are just a few highlights.

There are grilled cheeses that come with dips, cinnamon rolls made with coconut oil, an amaretto squash soup topped with cinnamon-toast croutons, and plenty of cocktail recipes. The cover features toast with whipped ricotta and warm vanilla berries—perfect for slow weekend breakfasts. I’m excited for all of us to make these dishes together.
Some of these recipes were developed as far back as 2012, and it’s been a challenge not to share them sooner. I love seeing how they turned out in the book.
Seriously Delish includes lighter takes on comfort food, a dedicated chapter on making vegetables irresistible (yes, sometimes they taste like chocolate or bacon—kidding, sort of), easy weeknight dinners so you can relax and watch TV, and a few indulgent recipes you may want to approach with caution. There’s a lot packed into the book—something for many moods and occasions.

People have also asked about signings and a tour. The answer is yes—I’ll be doing events and signings. Dates and locations are still being finalized, and I’ll share them as soon as everything is confirmed.
If you have questions, leave them in the comments and I’ll answer as I can. And if you feel like preordering, thank you so much—you have my eternal gratitude.

P.S. We should definitely drink one of these cocktails together—it’s possibly my favorite. Thank you again for all the support!
