I told you I currently have a small donut problem.

Ommph.
Honestly, I don’t even know what I’m doing here—well, except for one thing:

You should probably make this milkshake for dessert today. Or lunch. Cake donuts give the best texture and flavor, but you can use any donut you like and the result will still be delicious—after all, you’re blending donuts into ice cream. Perfection is optional.

I made these donuts at home—simple baked cake donuts inspired by a favorite recipe—but store-bought donuts work just as well, especially if you’re short on time. If there’s a drive-thru nearby, sure, use it. The point is to have donuts ready to blend into ice cream and coffee. It’s indulgent and fast.

Little lapses in motivation aside, this shake is worth the minimal effort. It’s rich, coffee-forward, and carries all the comforting flavors of a donut shop in a glass.

It’s Friday. Eat a donut. Or even better—drink it.

Trust me—this is worth trying. If you want to kick it up a notch, add a splash of Kahlua.
