We love Rice Krispy treats in this house.
We love them so much that I sometimes can’t even get them made — the last time I prepared a pan, it was gone before it cooled or was cut.
Rice Krispy treats are to Mr. How Sweet as shoes are to me: he simply can’t get enough.
I enjoy finding creative, more chocolate-forward takes on classic sweets, so I was thrilled to discover this cookies-and-cream twist on a vintage favorite from Picky Palate.

Jenny from Picky Palate comes up with clever, simple, and original treats — and more often than not they include sugar, which I consider a win. This cookies-and-cream version is a fun, modern take on a nostalgic dessert. Who doesn’t love cookies and cream?
