I have finally updated the RECIPE INDEX!
I’ve been slow getting to this, and you can imagine how Mr. How Sweet feels about the current state of our bathrooms — pure procrastination multiplied many times over. But with Thanksgiving approaching, I wanted to pull together some of my favorite, reliably delicious recipes you might want for the holiday week.
I’m not one to chase after trendy or “new” Thanksgiving dishes. Give me classic turkey, stuffing, creamy mashed potatoes and plenty of gravy. I’ll even take the over-gelled cranberry sauce from a can — no judgment here. Below are a few recipes I recommend if you need ideas for the big day. If you don’t see what you want, try the search tool or send me an email.
Feel free to send a note if you have questions or want suggestions.
Caramelized Autumn Fruit Stuffing
Simple Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Brussels Sprouts with Potatoes and Bacon
Warm Autumn Salad
A Healthier Pumpkin Cupcake
Dessert Applesauce
Do you prefer traditional Thanksgiving dishes, or are you planning something different and special this year? I’d love to hear what you’re making.
