Happy weekend!
I launched a new Substack called Curated Cravings — it’s a bit more personal than this site, with extra behind-the-scenes content and occasional sneak peeks from the book. Nothing here is changing; this is simply an extra place to share thoughts and recipes.
Big news: I released a bonus cookbook for everyone who preorders a copy of Easy Everyday. If you’ve been thinking about the new book, preorderers can claim that extra collection of recipes.
This week on the blog I shared a handful of spring-ready recipes: a pretzel-crusted chicken served with honey mustard arugula, a shaved asparagus salad with brioche croutons, and a crispy fish sandwich topped with a chopped slaw. I also rounded up a set of favorite spring dishes that I can’t stop making.
I updated several curated lists of favorites: my Easter picks, kids’ Easter-basket ideas, and other spring favorites. I also put together a roundup of home items I’ve loved since moving last year.
All of these and more are available in my Amazon storefront and my LTK shop if you want to browse the products I use and recommend.
There’s a new menu for the week if you need meal inspiration, plus a fresh peek into our everyday life with the latest “A Week in the Life” post.
You can now order a copy of my new cookbook, Easy Everyday. I’d be so thrilled if you grabbed a copy — and if you want to connect with other readers, join the Facebook group for fun conversation and community.
