Hello hello! I hope you had a wonderful week. I’m taking a break from the house and book work this weekend to enjoy some time outside—I might not even know what to do with myself, but it feels good to step away for a bit.

I’m thrilled that the book photos are coming together so beautifully. I love every recipe in the book and I can’t wait to share more. If you missed it, last week I shared a behind-the-scenes sneak peek of book testing and single-recipe shots, and I’ll be posting another update in about a week. If you have any questions about the process or the recipes, please leave them below!

What are you up to this weekend?

Here are my favorite links from the week—lots of delicious and inspiring things to try:

Absolutely stunning cardamom white chocolate bark.

Refreshing cucumbers in garlic sauce—so good for a light bite.

So gorgeous: honey-lemon poppyseed marinated fruit jars—bright and beautiful.

Zucchini and sweet potato slice sounds fantastic for a simple, savory dish.

Black cherry macarons—utterly gorgeous and elegant.

Green salad with shrimp, beets and goat cheese: a perfect mix of flavors and textures.

The most adorable matcha tiramisu for two—great for sharing.

Super comforting mushroom ramen—perfect when you need something warm and soothing.

Coconut panna cotta jars set with agar-agar—light and lovely.

I love the idea of tuxedo cupcakes—classic with a fun twist.

Creamy polenta with roasted beets is visually striking and comforting.

Yes please—two slices of red velvet poke cake, no questions asked.
