Currently Crushing On: Who I’m Obsessed With Right Now

Hi! Is your area covered in snow right now? Yesterday at the grocery store I actually saw several carts piled high with bread, milk and toilet paper — the classic snow-day haul. It’s funny because it’s a running joke in places that get snow, but this was the first time I saw so many carts like that in one visit. As for my cart: avocados, bacon, fontina cheese and Brussels sprouts. You can draw your own conclusions from that.

If we get a lot of snow, I’ll definitely be making multiple nutella lattes. They’re perfect for chilly days.

Also, Eddie bought Max a sled — plus snow pants and boots. I’ll just leave that here as proof that winter is coming.

What are your plans this weekend? If you have the ingredients, you should try this white pizza dip (there’s a video!) — it’s a great party snack. Over on The Pioneer Woman I’m sharing cotton candy popcorn balls, which are ridiculously fun and sugary.

Here are some other things I’m loving right now:

  • Four words: three-ingredient white queso. Yes, please.
  • Heart emoji donuts — my life is now better because of them.
  • Thirteen tips for organizing baking supplies. Honestly, can I just hire someone to do it for me?
  • Sarah’s capsule wardrobe — I’m obsessed with the simplicity and style.
  • No-bake Samoa macaroons — I want them immediately.
  • The ultimate boozy coconut hot chocolate — if we get a blizzard, this needs to happen.
  • Craving a huge bowl of classic beef chili. Comfort food at its finest.
  • A DIY floating glitter tumbler — so fun and crafty.
  • Roast chicken pho with zucchini noodles sounds incredible and cozy.
  • An orange-ginger pressed juice that is just stunning — refreshing and bright.
  • Even I, a terrible crafter, can get behind potato-stamped curtain panels. Who knew?
  • Salted caramel apple fritter bread — inventive and irresistible.
  • Satisfyingly sweet cheese puffs with lavender and orange — yes, more cheese.
  • Bacon and caramelized onion potato salad — full of flavor and perfect for this season.

Winter brings cozy food, warm drinks and little projects to try while you’re stuck indoors. If you make any of these, I’d love to hear how they turn out.
