It’s here!

I am thrilled to introduce my third cookbook, Everyday Dinners.

It’s available for preorder now!

Everyday Dinners will be released on May 4, 2021. I can’t wait for you to hold a copy in your hands.

Preordering means the world to an author. Preorders help determine where a book will be stocked — including independent bookstores — and are one of the best ways to support a title before it’s released. You can preorder from your preferred retailer:

Bookshop

Target

Amazon

Barnes & Noble

Indiebound

Google Play

Books A Million

I poured my heart into 100 weeknight-friendly recipes that are all about dinner and designed to be made in 30 minutes or less. The book also includes thorough guidance on meal prepping, with suggestions for prepping every single recipe.

This is the weeknight dinner bible.

Here’s a quick photo peek at what you’ll find inside:

The book opens with everyday essentials — dressings, sauces, and quick staples I keep on hand to pull a meal together in minutes. The meatless section is substantial, with over 40 vegetarian recipes. You’ll also find approachable recipes for chicken, pork, beef, and seafood, plus practical ingredient swaps. A sides section collects my favorite accompaniments — better-than-basic recipes that work with everything.

And yes — there’s a photo for every recipe.

The cornerstone of the book is my 10 Minute Meal Prep method — the strategy that’s helped me consistently make fresh, flavorful dinners through busy seasons. Inside you’ll find the full method and simple prep plans for each recipe.

Many of these recipes have been part of my rotation for years. They were developed in 2018, and it’s been hard to keep them to myself — now I’m excited to share them with you.
