I love food.

In case you hadn’t noticed: I adore good food.

This week I discovered so many delicious things I couldn’t resist sharing them with you. Here are a few favorites that stood out.

Comforty, rich soups: I came across a creamy mushroom soup that’s almost convincing me to try vegan cooking—at least if I can still have buttery bread on the side.

Sweet potato chips, reinvented: My homemade version suddenly looked plain after seeing these crisp, cheesy sweet potato chips. They might be the best I’ve seen; the addition of cheese is genius.

Breakfast fantasies: Biscuit beignets with praline sauce make a strong case for breakfast in bed. Decadent, and worth every minute on the treadmill afterward.

Snack inspiration: I found ideas for chocolatey crackers and a healthier cinnamon-toast-crunch-style cereal that would satisfy any cereal craving in a smarter way.

Avocado upgrade: Want better avocado? Fry it. Crispy avocado fries bring a new texture that elevates the mellow flavor.

Unexpected desserts: White chocolate coconut brownies—sweet, chewy, and surprisingly addictive. Also, homemade versions of classic cookies, like a girl-scout favorite turned into a bar, are impossible to resist.

Cookie obsession: I’m a bit of a cookie enthusiast, and fudge-striped shortbread cookies are currently high on my swoon list.

Comfort food mashups: Buffalo chicken continues to be a weakness. From stuffed shells to twice-baked potatoes, the spicy, creamy combo keeps showing up in irresistible ways.

And then there are sprinkles—because sometimes you just need to go all in on something fun and colorful.
