I have the perfect idea for the last official day of summer.

I’m blending the final days of summer with the first hints of fall into one delicious drink.
These salty caramel yogurt shakes might be the only thing I want to sip for the rest of the year.

I teamed up with Chobani to create a shake inspired by one of their Flip flavors I adore: Salted Caramel Crunch. That flavor is pure bliss—sweet, salty and loaded with crunchy bits that make every spoonful feel like dessert.
So I turned that flavor into a real-deal dessert shake. It might be one of my better ideas.

This is an icy, refreshing dessert shake centered on that unmistakable autumn flavor: salted caramel.
Full disclosure: I wasn’t always obsessed with caramel. I liked it as a kid, then drifted away for a while. But last year I made a salted caramel sauce that changed everything. It was so good I wanted to drizzle it on everything and keep a jar in the fridge at all times. Nothing safe about that — it’s addictive.

The shake starts with the caramel-flavored yogurt from the Chobani Flip, which comes with salty pretzel pieces, candied pecans and chocolate chips—basically everything a sweet-and-salty lover dreams of.

Combine the yogurt with French vanilla ice cream (the French vanilla is key), milk, salted caramel sauce and ice. Blend until silky smooth.
Drizzle more salted caramel around the inside of the glass to take things up a huge notch. Don’t stop at just the rim—go all in.
After pouring the shake into the glass, top it with the crunchy bits: pretzels, pecans and chocolate chips. Use a spoon to place the toppings at the top, then drop a straw down into the glass and enjoy.

It is absolute bliss.
