Happy weekend! I’m seriously craving ice cream right now, so that might be the plan. Lately I’ve been on a cheese kick — and I think that’s why.

On Thursday night I did a cooking demo all about cheese. We prepared a loaded cheese plate, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, cheesecake — basically every kind of cheesy dish imaginable. It was a little ridiculous, even for me.

What are your plans this weekend? I have one of my closest friend’s bridal showers and I can’t wait. Other than that, I’m thinking of starting mint juleps early.
