What a week it has been. I wanted to share a few of the best finds from around the internet to lift your spirits and to support some favorite bloggers. I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe, healthy and at home.
This week on the blog, I finally posted my creamed spinach mac and cheese recipe, along with a parmesan pasta frittata and a shaved asparagus salad with eggs and breadcrumbs. I rounded up some of my favorite spring recipes, and shared a list of my favorite books of all time — great reads if you’re staying home right now. I also published a new “What to Eat This Week” post with pantry-friendly ideas, plus a quarantine edition “A Week in the Life” post.
Thinking of you all.
