Happy weekend! I’m seriously craving ice cream right now — maybe an overdose of it is on the agenda. Lately I’ve been on a cheese kick, which might explain the sudden sweet tooth. Want to know why?

On Thursday night I did a cooking demo focused entirely on cheese. We made a loaded cheese board, grilled cheese, mac and cheese and cheesecake — basically every kind of cheese dish imaginable. It was ridiculous, and there was even more cheese beyond that. I might be a little cheesed out, but in a good way.

What are your plans for the weekend? I’m headed to one of my closest friend’s bridal showers and I can’t wait. Other than that, I’m tempted to start the mint juleps early and enjoy a relaxing couple of days.
