Happy weekend! We’re in New York City today for a stop on The Pretty Dish book tour. I’ll be signing copies at MacKenzie-Childs at 11 a.m., and I’m really looking forward to seeing some of you. Traveling with kids makes these visits different than before, but it’s been so much fun.
If you haven’t picked up a copy of The Pretty Dish yet, I’d be so grateful if you would consider ordering one.
Also — don’t forget about The Pretty Dish book club. The Facebook group is a wonderful place to chat and share recipes and photos.
Wishing you a lovely weekend! xoxo
Some of my favorites:
This is a perfect stovetop mac and cheese — creamy, simple, and satisfying.
I adore the pancetta and spring greens grilled cheese — salty, green, and absolutely addictive.
Vegan coffee caramel overnight oats are an easy, decadent breakfast that feels like a treat.
Garlic fries with jalapeño and cilantro are bold, bright, and impossible to resist.
Squash blossom pizza with burrata is a beautiful, seasonal take on pizza that feels special.
Easy chilaquiles are a fantastic weekend brunch — crunchy, saucy, and comforting.
Smashed white bean salad tartines are a lovely, light lunch idea with great texture and flavor.
Romanesco cauliflower pasta is striking on the plate and full of delicate, nutty flavor.
Chewy citrus poppy seed cookies are bright and tender — the perfect sweet bite.
Kale and ricotta stuffed shells satisfy a craving for cheesy, comforting pasta packed with greens.
