If you already pre-ordered as part of a giveaway earlier this week, just leave a comment saying that. If you pre-order, forward your confirmation email to theprettydishorders [at] gmail [dot] com and include the mailing address you’d like the book plate sent to plus the name or message you’d like on the plate (if any). If you’ve already pre-ordered the book before today, you’re eligible too — just send your order confirmation and the same details to that email.
